The condition of the site, adjacent to two perpendicular streets but with the corner occupied by buildings, becomes the alibi of the project.

A single building is to be built looking onto two dead-end streets. To facilitate this there are two wall sections which aligned and developed perpendicular to this, leave some spaces through which they penetrate. These spaces serve as an exterior vestibule of the building and from this is formed the access to the Centre via a fibreglass bridge which unites the other two.

Once in the interior the building is organised from the connecting spaces by two perpendicular axes of circulation which separate the surgeries and waiting areas.

The structure helps us to understand this relationship of spaces: there exists a corridor of  7.2 metres which defines the work areas and another of 3.6 metres which organizes the waiting rooms, neutral spaces and courtyards on the differents floors.

The idea of unified space in the public areas maintaining visual relationships between the other floors is followed.

The relationship with the exterior is established via folding latticed windows allowing natural light to qualify and reinforce the idea of the building, closed at the back and open onto the interior space of the site.
